We bring you a first course, whose main ingredients are fish and seafood. Ideal for celebrations, Christmas, or special occasions.



  1. For this angler and king prawn soup dish, the first thing we have to do is peel the king prawns and put their heads aside for later.
  2. Put the scrapes, fish head and king prawn heads into a pan with some oil, cooking them over a low heat. Then, add the leek, pepper and courgette, and continue to cook over low heat. We add the water and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the stock is well done.
  3. We fry the sliced potatoes in a pan with oil.
  4. We sauté the chopped angler and king prawns in a frying pan, seasoned with salt and pepper. We add the potatoes and mix well. We add a bit of flour and let it cook. We add the stock (after removing the bones and heads) and we leave to boil for two more minutes. We serve and decorate with dill and parsley.
