
Pasta with shrimps, or pasta with seafood, is a delicious way of preparing pasta with few ingredients and with a flavour that everyone usually likes.
Preparation
- Put water in a pan. When the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook until it is “al dente”. Add a bit of salt. When the pasta is ready, let it cool and set aside, whilst the rest of the ingredients are cooked.
- The following step to prepare the pasta with shrimps is to put a pan on the hotplate and add olive oil. Add the chopped clove of garlic and stir. Peel the shrimps and put them in the pan. Leave until brown on both sides.
- Remove the shrimps and set aside. Add the pepper, wine, lemon and chopped parsley (1 to 2 minutes) and add the drained spaghetti to the pasta pan with shrimps and stir so that all the pasta absorbs the flavour of both the garlic and the seafood. Serve quickly and very hot.
