Preparation
- Cut the potatoes into thick slices, the onion into Julienne strips, and slice the cloves of garlic. Put a dash of oil into the pan, and add the potatoes, garlic and onion, all well chopped, and the bay leaf; add a bit of salt.
- Once the potatoes have been cooked in the pan, we put them into an oven dish, we place the fillets on top of the potatoes, we add a dash of oil, a bit of salt and put it into a preheated oven, at 170 degrees, for 15 or 20 minutes, with heat at the top and bottom.
